What does the visitor need to do?

Name the primary action and make its path easy to follow. Secondary actions should support visitors who need more context before they are ready to get in touch.

Where does uncertainty appear?

Review the questions your sales conversations repeat. Use the website to explain scope, process and fit. Specific examples can make an unfamiliar service easier to evaluate.

What is worth keeping?

Audit content, URLs and useful integrations before rebuilding. Preserve valuable information and plan redirects when a page moves.

How will the experience hold up?

Check keyboard access, small screens, loading behavior and content clarity alongside the visual design. These are part of the experience from the beginning.

How will you learn?

Choose a small set of meaningful events and document their definitions. Establish a baseline and compare carefully after launch; a redesigned page does not guarantee better performance.
